So it's been a couple of months now. Yeah, I'm definitely a Xanga slacker. Facebook takes all of my internet attention. That's sad. But I don't blog there, so I thought I'd update anyone who might still read this on the Hauck life. Kiel and I are amazing. He's definitely my better half. The China trip was awesome. Come over some time and we'll tell you all about it. We're thinking Madagascar sometime next year if that's okay w/ my missionary friends down there. Kiel will be taking online seminary classes from Midwestern in Kansas City this fall while I finish my final year in college. We're both working this summer and I'm taking a couple of classes to lighten my load in the fall. I'm going to be helping out with the college class at Emmanuel and Kiel is looking at other ministry opportunities until Echo groups start back up. There's a possibility that he'll be doing the youth group in Kingfisher at Shane Bennett's church if Meadowlake will let him have every Sunday off.
Please pray for...
- Kiel's job situation. Meadowlake sucks and he can't go full time at the radio station. He really needs something else full time that utilizes his skills and is a healthy work environment.
- Our ministry options. We need direction and we feel like we're not being useful like we want to be in our church. I guess we're leaders in a church where they've got enough leadership.
- My family. My grandparents are still rebuilding in Greensburg and politics are really hindering rather than helping. Plus they need a lot of help and it's hard for us to drive up there w/ these gas prices.
- Anything else you might think of when you think of us. If God lays it on your heart, pray!
